Dalton Gilbert grew up in central Virginia and began his career at the age of 15 when he enrolled in a high school auto body repair program. This course was the launching point of Dalton’s successful career which now extends over 12 years. Dalton worked to become one of the youngest-ever General Managers at Caliber Collision at 25.

His experience ranges from experience as a part-time helper and apprentice in a local dealership repair facility, extensive training and experience performing for the insurance side of the industry and operating two of the largest Caliber Collision facilities in Central Virginia and Central Florida, generating over 6 million dollars in revenue annually at each location.

The training Dalton received when working with vehicle insurance helped him become an expert in vehicular engineering and composition.

Dalton continued to graduate from Liberty University’s School of Business with two Bachelor of Science degrees, majoring in Finance and Project Management with Cum Laude honors.

Dalton also has a heart for serving the community and spent his time during the 2020 lockdown volunteering to rebuild and restructure a 501C3 non-profit aimed at providing a safe place for local middle and high schoolers to spend their free time.

Dalton’s broad experience and desire to serve others have culminated in a deeply rooted passion for dynamic leadership within the automotive industry. The opportunity to work directly with customers alongside his team encourages Dalton to actively seek opportunities for effective coaching and process refinement. Dalton integrates this into daily tasks of facility, financial, and production management.
