Meet Enrique Acosta Gonzalez
Board Director
Enrique is the CEO of Triad Leadership Solutions LLC, and
has served as an Executive, Veteran Advocate, Board Member, Non-Profit Administrator, Speaker, Mentor,
Coach, and Avid Volunteer. Over the past 20 years,
Enrique has held numerous executive advisor and senior
positions while serving in the United States Navy and
civilian sector. Through education and training, he helped
strengthen organizations, providing sound decision
support and creating open communication at all levels.
Enrique also helped formulate and implement policies
concerning morale, welfare, job satisfaction, discipline,
and training of personnel.

He is the recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy
and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and
Marine Corps Achievement Medal. He was named 2013, 2014, and 2017 Mentor of the Year, and recipient of the inaugural 2014 Chief John Dungan Jr.Oceanographer of the Navy Award for exceptional leadership.
He was also awarded The Arnold Fletcher Award and inducted into the SALUTE National honors society for his academic achievements.
Enrique was named on the power list of the Top 200 Biggest Voices in Leadership (2023) by LeadersHum, the Top 200 Thought Leaders to Follow (2022) by PeopleHum, and nominee of the top 30 Global Guru’s list for 2022 by Global Gurus, for his work in the leadership development arena. He is an award-winning podcaster, with three shows focusing on leadership development and career success. He was named the 2021 Active Duty, Veteran Military Spouse Entrepreneur Awards, Media Professional of the Year by The Rosie Network and Top 50 Leadership Podcast for 2023. His down-to-earth approach on leadership has gained him notoriety as one of the most sought out leadership trainers.
Enrique remains involved with the Armed Services as an active volunteer for various projects and non-profits, earning him the esteemed Bronze, Silver and Gold President’s Volunteer Service Award. His methodical and heart-centered mentorship style has been praised by mentees and collogues alike.
He graduated from the Navy Command Leadership Course, Navy Senior Enlisted Academy, holds an A.S. from Excelsior College, a B.A. in Natural Sciences and Mathematics from Thomas Edison State University, and has completed and Organizational Leadership certificate at Harvard University. He completed the Entrepreneur program through the University of Central Florida and is a graduate of the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans (EBV) at Texas A&M.
Enrique is involved in several national and local organizations; namely Veterati, Veterans Business Initiative (VBI), Camaraderie Foundation Mentor Leadership Program, The Rosie Network Service2CEO Program, and the Central Florida Navy League.
