Eric Vaughn is the Executive Vice President at the Federal Alliance for Safe Homes, Inc. – FLASH. Eric is responsible for FLASH's financial management strategy, including forecasting and oversight of budgets, investment priorities, public contract/grant procurement, and overall day-to-day management. While at FLASH, he has helped establish partnerships with several Fortune 500 organizations, leading academic institutions, and national nonprofits.

Before joining FLASH in 2005, he held numerous positions with the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Joint Field Office in Orlando, Florida, including Area Supervisor, DRC Mitigation Coordinator, Field Outreach, and Special Projects Lead. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida.

In addition, Eric opened and sold the first franchise location of Paramount Urgent Care. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Weather Association Foundation.
